Developer Notes
As previously informed, after the update on Thursday, April 24th, which included changes to Reforge effects, a balance patch will be implemented to increase skill damage for characters with relatively low attack abilities based on Doom Aporia raid data.
Separately, it has been confirmed that among all characters, the Aceldama: Gehenna skill of Fatal Phantom has led to an excessive number of play attempts and character creations. To maintain balance with other characters, the multihits of the Aceldama: Gehenna skill will be adjusted.
Additionally, with the update of the single mode for Varnimyr, Pruinaum, and Abyss raids, we analyzed data from many adventurers to check whether new and returning adventurers could clear the content with sufficient combat power and whether the playtime was reasonable.
As a result, it was found that the playtime for support/healing position characters was somewhat longer compared to other positions. We concluded that adjusting the dungeon itself, rather than individual character balance, was necessary. Therefore, we plan to increase the effect of the "Supporter’s Spirit" buff applied to support/healing characters to enhance their offensive capabilities.
Furthermore, patterns that prolong playtime in single mode were identified. To facilitate smoother gameplay, adjustments will be made to the debuffs at the Sunken Holy Ground and the health recovery amount resulting from pattern failure.

Make a new cool mod, for already a cool edgy character-> People start playing it -> Nerf it because its cool and people started using it.
For fuck sake KOG, YOU BUFF AN MO AND DaB But nerf new not even that op mod that has already been nerfed once. While CC HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE BUFF SINCE 2023-01-05 WHICH WAS CAST SPEED BUFF? ONLY NERFS SINCE THEN? Where is the logic or justice.
cc doesn't need a buff bro, should be thankful they're not getting nerfed more.

Bro finally escaped the slow ahh class allegations with that acceldama mod and they're already nerfing him, and on the same patch MORPHEUS, out of ALL CLASSES, gets BUFFED?! Aight...
I just hope they're just nerfing it to 8 bullets i guess, he deserves to be good at clearing after all these years with lame skills like rumble shot and having extremelly slow cast skills for clearing for a "fast" class, if they nerf it to 4 i'm dying.
It's like KoG is forcing the FP mains to go back to mod Burning Punisher

for a mod e skill? i don't have FP as my main chung, but i know he's got more going for him than a single low-chance-drop variant of a base skill. certainly, there are better reasons for playing any class besides that.
It's probably one of the best clearing skills in the game.
Now as for KoG reason for adjusting it, I have no idea. It's not like the skill is game breaking. Their wording doesn't make sense too.
People in KR are making too much FP for the sole purpose of farming? It's not like Gehenna are unlocked automatically too.

we concluded that adjusting the dungeon itself, rather than individual character balance
is like using a single wet tissue to patch up a leaking boat. i'm not asking for healers to outmatch non-healers in damage output in general. but given the kind of game it is, having them be less reliant on team play anywhere by raising their listed damage percentages up by a little bit would be good enough.
their playstyles are fine. if numbers are what the devs look at, then one of the best things they can do is raise the atk % numbers and keep everything else as is. they don't have to try for barely effective remakes like with memorize.
and i admit that even that is patching up the boat with a wood board hammered through the hole. but it's better than a used tissue.
... but, it might also (also and not instead) be that a lot of people "playing" healers just plain never learned how to actually play their classes and actually learn their skills outside of party support roles.
aside from all that, i'm glad that there are pretty much mostly pve buffs.

Balance patch is riged, it's impossible
I'm pissed of seeing MO buff at 95% of balance patch it's so unfair to up him meanwhile other char like FL die in silence
We understand KR player hate elesis, she's almost never in the balance patch especially BQ and AD (we see only ES 90% of patch) Elesis has got one of the worst mod skill E btw
FL (players) doesn't seem to be quiet while she gets starved. in NA at least.
rather than silence, the devs might be plugging their ears with ib money.
Swordfall MOD still not playable :c
when you press the skill key, the skill is cast and does the damage and effects it's supposed to do. it's playable as being playable actually is.
something not being useful or efficient for whatever you get up to isn't what being playable is. use it if you want or don't, and you and anyone else can deal with that decision.
Haven't checked this in full yet, but Sword of Victory's PvP Shockwave damage has the nerf arrow instead of the buff arrow.
