How does the 2x crafting effect from the 'Ultimate Truth' title apply?
A
The title 'Ultimate Truth' has an effect that gives 10% chance for a double item craft from Alchemist.
The effect is applied to all crafted items as one (except limited number craft items), ex. if the effect succeeds, you get 20 Giant Stone Apples instead of 10.

Do 'Master EXP Medal' and the synergy effect 'Laby's Friend' stack?

'Master EXP Medal' and 'Laby's Friend' are effects that increase your Master EXP received.
They stack with each other and can be used together.
The 'Master EXP Medal' is displayed in the dungeon results window, because it applies at the end of the dungeon. 'Laby's Friend' affects Master EXP dropped from each mob. Therefore, it is not reflected in the dungeon results window.
Developer Notes
The first balance patch of the event 'Elsword Restaurant' will be released on Thursday, November 9.
We plan to complete all characters' balance by Thursday, April 25.
Do note that it's difficult to provide detailed schedules, since the time required for each task is variable.
The balance patch includes changes for Chung, Elesis and LuCiel. Let's start with some information about the direction of this balance patch.
First, the intention is to improve character systems to ease the usage of systems and skills that are inconvenient. During the last Q&A and on the Balance Forum, many adventurers have been speaking up about LuCiel's Combination Gauge system and requested improvements. LuCiel's Bravery skills do not consume MP and are entirely reliant on Combination Gauge, so we changed them to use MP and only consume CP as a bonus effect.
In addition, in terms of small / big boss damage dealing, some classes are insufficient, so their skills are renewed to improve this.
Party synergy will be added to characters that lack it, and some numerical adjustments will be made in the case of characters with excessive supporting.
Lasty, on August 3 (Thursday), we announced reviewing implementing re-awakening for all characters. This change is scheduled for the balance patch in early January.
After this balance patch, an after-service patch will be released after 2 weeks of monitoring the changes and hearing your feedback.

A new female character? I'd hope they have a nice weapon like a scythe or at least a very pleasing battle style, alike Noah's moon theme.
Dius Aer getting gutted honestly has me in shambles, he was such an enjoyable character. Of course, I'd still play him but he might no longer be meta, which still saddens me. I might end up switching back to Fatal Phantom for the time being until the new character comes out.
Not to spread misinformation but judging from the acclaimed release date of the new character, NA might end up getting her around the beginning of January.
A new female character? Let's hope she wields a scythe or something cool. Need a new character to main.

They butchered my second favorite character, I was hoping the changes wasn't that bad until I examine them translated. Did they forget people play Diang/CaT/IN? Did they have to change something that wasn't broken? Also, I'm not the only one getting tired of the CP scale, it's stupid and not needed. The more I read these patches the dumber it gets. Proud of the chungs, but that's not needed really...
So they are planning to create a SD with 5m CP requirement? What the fudge KOG?
For someone who actually plays, 5m cp is midgame...
What do you define as "actually plays", in numerical terms?
Probably means at least 1 hour a day of gameplay and maybe some money (and copium) for a +11 weapon TT

I don't know about numerical terms, but people who keep complaining about CP requirements are the same ones who never farm, and only login for freebies.
Noooo not Luciel's skills consuming mana TT-TT getting combination points to be able to use those skills was the whole uniqueness of Luciel's playstyle, what the hell…
So they finally killed whatever was left making CC unique, normal Burst wolf now being a completely useless skill and Land demolisher being as generic as posible
What do u mean ? For cleanse Debuff you use Iron Howl, and Land demolisher was near to useless. And nobody cares about Additional attack feature removed. And now we get 15% crit dmg on top so everything is good
i do care about it when fighting the spider lady when she makes everything black, but i can just switch the normal version instead of the mod version, the changes were great
The thing is, Burst Wolf didn't just remove debuffs from you, it transferred them to the enemy. That and its lower MP cost made it a good choice over Iron Howling for self-cleansing.
I even had it in my own CC skill builds for that specific reason. But now that it doesn't do that anymore, I'm gonna have to replace it with something else.
I liked the adicional dmg, Made easier to get mp and was fun to use, this is a no fun allowed patch just chung your potion and do meta.
Like I said, you can still do that with the unmodded version
It's just the mod Land Demolisher, unmodded is untouched. Now it's a choice between "more damage when I'm using commands" or "more damage when I'm not", instead of "which flavor of initial attack do I want".
Are they finally making it so that everyone gets the same flat attack increase from their passive skills?
I don't like the changes to the Secret Dungeons. I'd rather they keep them party-focused and make them more worth running.
I'm not sure but it might just mean an additional Secret Dungeon, while the current ones stay untouched.
Considering that it's saying we won't be able to obtain the current SD gear anymore, as well as how that section is worded overall, I don't think that's the case.
Ack, I only just now noticed that the note about not getting current SD gear was just about the new SD, not SDs as a whole.
My original comment was about the "solo dungeon" note that seems to be about SDs as a whole, not the new Secret Dungeon.

Remember when KoG said: About normalizing damage for sage characters ->We are planning on improving their damage, However because of their high value support they will be given away. But we will compensate with damage For characters with low damage, we are going to increase their damage after checking them out. The balance patch will be focused on standardizing with buffs.

Skin color customization -> Does not sure if that's right, but will think about it
I'm personally kinda hoping this gets implemented. While I'm fine with keeping the default skin colors, I would like to be able to change it for some of my chars as well.

Could you make an on/off button to Eve's forehead orb? ->It's the character's identity... But we will think about it if you give us ideas..
I mean, with the level of character customization we already have, you might as well give us the option to turn it on and off. Perhaps you could put the toggle in the character menu? I would rather be able to change it for each of my Eves individually rather than have it be disabled across the entire account.
Using hair dye on hairs that are collected from Magic Wardrobe Ticket -> We cannot solve right now due to technical issues
I hope they manage to implement this. Preferably, I'd like to be able to add onto the registered colors rather than outright replace the registered color (though considering how hair dye already works with the wardrobe, I know that's probably not gonna happen).
There are some extra EP left after making an alt character -> Purchase Fighter pots... We are planning on selling them account wise for now but we will keep an eye on it after the update.
Personally, when I'm about to delete a char, I use their remaining EP on those things that unlock studio maps.
Can you explain what a Custom Extractor is? I haven't played this game in years.
An item that lets you extract the initial item used to register a customisation from your character and lets you sell it/move it elsewhere. Eg. Sit motion -> sit motion item

I just wish they would increase the maximum character size on nicknames, especially with more characters coming out.
As nice as that would be, I'm not seeing that happen any time soon.
I do hope I'm wrong, though. It would open more nickname options for me.

Hopefully the new Secret Dungeon won't affect the current ones and serves a separate purpose from them.
Mixed feelings on Lu/Ciel changes
On the one hand, Catastrophe can now spam braveries + the couple of good strength skills and forget about the trashier skills, especially from a clearing standpoint.
On the other hand, potion chugging meta just got reinforced and this makes Lu/Ciel a little too generic. Would like to see this improved further by having MP refunded per Combination Point spent, if only for how shitty it feels to have to constantly chug potions to do anything on some classes compared to other classes that barely need any.

Real talk, though. They need to stop designing content around the fact that potions exist. Good RPGs use potions as a tool to help players that are struggling or to make the game easier for those who want it, not as something that you'd be stupid not to have.
Good for them for adding pity to the enhancement system. Too bad for not revamping resonance. I have mixed feelings.
I, for one, am always happy to see Dius Aer nerfs. Gut him more. Giving re-awakening for all characters is going to be interesting for the PvP scene.

I'm so sad for DA, he's my main besides AN. I understand they want to make sure that the other Chungs will be played too, but removing his Phy Atk Power Increase???? DA will not be Meta anymore soon
True they could have at least kept oracle as it is
The hard nerf to Innocent will make them almost useless, at least Catastrophe and Diangelion will receive extra damage from consuming CP
