Developer Notes
This time around, we will answer questions from players asked through various platforms, such as the customer support.
As for the supply of Circuit Amplifiers for Exascale, we are preparing improvement scheduled for February through the new raid update.
We plan to maintain this armor as a long-term investment system, but we will monitor the supply and demand of materials, and make improvements if necessary.
We have also decided to turn down suggestions about storing circuits in page format for being deemed unsuitable for individual armor setups.We've received feedback about the difficulties of obtaining new raid accessories. A new system for a guaranteed Serpentium raid accessory drop is in the works. We will add it when it's ready.
Regarding Ice Burner Reorder Shop, new sales are being planned for 2025. Please check the corresponding section in this notice.
Season Pass rewards will be regularly adjusted to provide players with useful items depending on the current content.
We will review if another split of rewards is necessary depending on future content updates and combat power distribution.There are opinions that current events don't meet the expectation of players.
In the future, we will try to listen to players and make improvements to tedious reward acquisition and participation methods.As for goods related to progression, we will keep an eye out on events to include such items there.
We are concerned about regular intervals between Balance Patch releases, considering (limited) development resources and future updates.
Currently, it is difficult to deliver Balance Patches regularly.
Although, we will make efforts to release satisfying changes, in line with the current endgame content as much as possible.A revision patch will happen in 2 weeks (for the second batch of the new Mod (E) skills).
We will continue to answer questions, as mentioned in the Winter Update video. However, we request players to voice their opinions so that we can review them.
In 2025, we will work to improve Elsword's overall image, overcoming the last year's shortcomings in development and operation.

Raven - fixed Nasod Core fully charging during any stage of Awakening and when using skills related to re-awakening.
Code: Essencia - fixed Tesla Flare and Tesla Shock: Swing not receiving the range increase effect from Electron Upgrade. Fixed Fayner not applying to targets close by.
Rose - fixed an issue where some motion end times were abnormally long.
Other
Fixed a typo for the Green (Restore) set effect.
Before) If [Item Special Function] is pressed while 'Bridge' effect is active, change to 'Complete' effect for 5 sec.

Oh, it's 'cause Ara doesn't have any Base Job Strength Skills. I forgot about that.
Can someone explain to me what are they doing with the Ice Burners again? i really didn't understand the original post and the "new slot" thing
They're adding a new set of accessory slots specifically for Ice Burner accessories, with the already existing slots now being exclusively for non-IB accessories.
In other words, we can have an IB Top Accessory and a non-IB Top Accessory equipped at the same time after the new IB accessory slot update comes out.

if what the wiki's take on the future schedule and some other rando bits of info are to be taken as likely correct, then at least the ep shop will be getting new stuff for those slots, so maybe whether ib or not, it likely has to at least be designated as an accessory costume and not (only) accessory, like the distinction between regular costumes and equipment.

The Google doc posted on the "2024 Winter Updates" page specified Ice Burner accessories, and the EP Shop accessories are confirmed in that same doc. Since we now have an inventory tab exclusive to Ice Burner costumes/accessories, it's pretty clear that there's a distinction for those separate from Item Mall costumes/accessories in the game's code. For those reasons, I think that the EP Shop accessories will be classified as Ice Burner accessories solely to allow players without access to actual Ice Burner accessories to use the new accessory slots.

So is Shakti still able to chain into normal Shadoweave through the repeated press system while Trickery Loop is equipped? How would that affect Trickery Loop's cooldown?
And shoot, Empire Sword didn't gain a Gale Bravery! Ugh, guess I'm still stuck with Unlimited Blade on her.

regardless of how the cooldown thing works out, this is still the biggest dang change a mod skill makes to her secret arts related skills. though now i'm thinking that if someone asked if they could something like that before this, they'd probably go, "naw, impossible, can't be done, too difficult, much imbalance"
and ES still stuck spamming war prelude and whatever other gale skill ;v; (and yes, her buster looks like it really would be a gale skill, though i suppose by that logic then regular sword of judgement should also be gale on her)
Honestly, I think Sword of Victory should be Gale instead of Annihilation. In my honest opinion, the draw of that Skill is the buff, not the damage.
ES has a decent number of Gale Skills, but including Base Class Skills, only one of them is a Bravery Skill: Unlimited Blade.
I have always thought that as well, they changed Sword of Judgement to Annihilation, but they can't change Sword of Victory to Gale? Is it because that way it'd work the same way it works for Knight Emperor? But they still play differently in spite of that so I don't know

huh. i totally never really knew that because that happened during the major skill tree changes. if i had to guess, i used to have to pick between judgement or victory, and i picked victory and never bothered with judgement's description.
It wouldn't be exactly like KE's Arma Blade, though, 'cause Gale works differently from Vitality, including how it affects Skills.
I'm pretty sure Victory was also formerly a Gale Skill, but for some reason the wiki doesn't mention either Victory or Judgement changing to Annihilation in the Updates section. Does the wiki just not acknowledge when a Vitality/Destruction/Gale/Annihilation Skill changes color? 'Cause it should. That's still a change to the Skill.
Never mind, turns out I overlooked the color change in Judgement's Updates. My bad. I ran out of editing time before I noticed it.
And I guess I was wrong about Victory being Gale. I should've double-checked that instead of relying on my personal memory.
It's really weird, it reminds me of the time they changed Armageddon Blade to Destruction and Double Slash to Vitality, although from what I can see in the update history, it took them 3 years to change Armageddon back to Vitality, while Double Slash got reverted to a Destruction skill next year
I honestly forgot that happened. Maybe that's why I thought Sword of Victory used to be Gale?

More shockwaves are always welcomed, though I do agree with another comment further up that Seven Burst could've had one of those black holes that a few of Blade master's skills and commands have at the end of the earth shattering section.

Hey, I had to change it back. It seems like KoG made a typo. The actual effect and the tooltip in-game seems to be reducing the cooldown by 4 seconds for both skills with this effect.
why didn't they just make sariel's dlg balls smaller/easier to hit instead of increasing the damage i swear they don't play this game sometimes
you are right, people working don't have time to play games, however Sariel skill was already very good, no need for dmg increase or easier to hit, in Serpentium and Probably next raid it will be Big enemies, you can notice it with the new mod skills of every character
There is some nerf with the def ignore in laby skills, but yet is still aceptable compared to a common "balance patch". I still dont get why they need to nerf PVE stats too when the main problem is PVP...
Since Raven skills are the next, Im looking forward for a good balance
