Developer Notes
Atma'Ram is releasing in this update. Here is a brief introduction to familiarize yourself with the new region.
It is a volcanic island ruled by the Spirit King, located in Red Demon Spirit Sea. It is also known as Spirit Haven.
The story unfolds when the El Search Party, exhausted from their adventures, visits the Hot Springs to relax.
Atma'Ram consists of three dungeons, with two releasing in this patch. The third dungeon will be added on August 14th.
The first dungeon is intended for EXP farming, and has a higher difficulty than Plegas's Portrait, which is currently used for this purpose.
As for the second dungeon, it is designed with new Magic Stone farming in mind. Entry is limited to once per character daily.
New Magic Stones are divided into Common/Rare/Elite/Unique, and their rarity can be increased through the newly added Synthesis system.
Finally, the third dungeon is a Giant Boss that brings several new accessories for the following slots: Top Piece, Face (Middle), Face (Bottom), Arm and Necklace.
In the case of the Top Piece accessory, it gives +10% Damage when attacking an enemy with 100% HP or less, and can be crafted with the existing accessories - Code of Honor and Engine Cooling System. Also, these accessories' drop rate will increase in this patch to help adventurers gather them.

The new region can be unlocked through the "Entering Atma'Ram" epic quest.

When entering Atma'Ram with the current party, the Hero in Battle buff will be applied.
Whistle of Waterlight can be entered once a day per character, and additional entry requires special tickets.
Whistle of Waterlight is not affected by any drop rate boosts including medals and events.
Rewards from Whistle of Waterlight are not affected by Season Pass's Premium daily redemption attempt increase.
Atma'Ram Magic Stones
Four tiers: Common, Rare, Elite, Unique. Higher tiers have stronger stat values.
Magic Stones cannot be traded or stored in the shared bank.
Using Atma'Ram Magic Stones, the following stats can be applied (based on Weapon socket):

Synthesis System
Use Magic Stones obtained in the Artmaram region to synthesize higher-tier stones.
Accessible via NPC Eris in the Magmelia region.

Synthesis Rules:
Select three Magic Stones of the same tier via left-click to register for synthesis.

Bulk Synthesis: Automatically synthesizes the lowest-tier stones among selected ones in this order:
Tier priority: Common > Rare > Elite > Unique
Type priority (same tier): Power > Wisdom > Agility > Experience
Auto Register: Automatically registers the lowest-tier stones by selection criteria.
Other Improvements
Added 1M, 10M options to bank deposit / withdraw.
[Change El Tear Color] and [Assemble El Tear] functions are removed from NPC Denif.
Spirit Haven's NPC Soulo and Diana's dialogue sound added.

New Region: Atma'Ram Trial Event
Log in for 10+ minutes weekly to receive a trial cube per character, and complete Atma'Ram dungeons for weekly rewards. Clearing 5 times grants a Support Cube; 20 clears earns a 7-day El Search Party Synergy Ticket.El Resonance Big Catch Fishing Event
Log in for 20+ minutes weekly to get special bait and gear. Use special bait to catch rare fish that grant El Resonance EXP upon use.Special EP Shop Open
Visit NPC Ariel’s EP Shop to buy fishing bait cubes and adventure-supporting items like Wind Orb Cubes and El Essence Pouches.

Added buff duration to Guild Skill description:
Critical Counter: Apply Critical buff for 30 sec. at a certain chance when attacking/attacked.
Light Steps: Moving Speed and Jump Speed increase for 5 sec. every time ED is obtained.

Elsword: fixed moving to an abnormal position when casting >>Z while in the air.
Laby: fixed Awakening Skill awkward effect when used on a curved map.
Dungeon
Fixed an issue where party member buff icons would not appear in certain situations.

It seems that the stat change of 'Madame Corae's Garden' has not been applied to the site.
Apparently, it was unintentionally omitted. We will update it when Atma'Ram Giant Boss hits NA.
I haven't been thinking about this for a while, but I just looked up the Undead Dragon's Will weapon, and the Stat Change thing is still confusing me a bit. Specifically, I don't know what "The same type of stat option will only appear once per line" means exactly. Does it mean that I can only get one "Critical Damage" effect on the weapon's Stat Change overall, or does it mean something else?
It means that every stat can only appear once on the list. However, enhancement-based and fixed value options are considered to be different.
So I can have any combination of "Phys/Mag Atk x Weap Level", "Phys/Mag Atk Level x Weap Level" and "Phys/Mag Atk %", but I can't have two Crit Damages?
Also, I didn't notice this before, but it doesn't state how many effects we can have overall.

The tool isn't that helpful since you can't actually choose the individual options, but I got my questions answered, so thanks. Kinda wish the actual wiki page for the weapon made that clear, though.

KoG really dangling 'We have Code of Cooling Knowledge at home" in their patch notes?
Biggest L I saw , kog literally just copied 1:1 how CoCk is crafted and made it with a 0.1% superior effect (cuz of how kog programming works, 100%< is better than 50% less or more) lmao, ppl need to understand how much they're grateful for rift existence, if there was no rift during these 2.5 years Elsword would never get such QoL in such due time
Full damage to boss is still the best option in case everyone is wondering
Not true, though the difference is underwhelming and only beats Boss Damage if your other skill tier isn't used for damage. (eg. If all your DPS skills are Bravery, changing existing Boss Damage stones to the new Bravery stones of max value is net gain of less than 1%, and other options are just worse unless we consider that they help with damage on normal enemies)

Is this all four stats at once? If so, I'd probably go for that instead of the "strength or bravery +5%" despite the latter being 1% higher.
Yes, all four at once, while the options with "or" are separated.
Back to see the incoming updates of new region. Somehow it was nothing new to expect another "tier" luck system, like if the difficulty and resource consumption wasnt enough. Now its RNG in effect %, RNG in tier droping (and hopefully there is a guaranted drop), and RNG in Synthesis system.
Honestly the effects of the stones are really cool, but considering the actual gameplay everyone might focus only in the [strength/bravery +4% damage] and probably the exp thing, the other effects are just to make fun of you because the existing heroic stones give better percentages and even with extra stat.
