Developer Notes
In this patch, a new Secret Dungeon called 'Reclaim the Supply Train' will be added along with the 5th stage of Secret Dungeon.
The Combat Power entry requirement is 8M.
The Secret Dungeon released on March 14th this year was serving as an ED supplier to many, but the average CP level has increased since then.
Ultimately, we have decided to once again adjust the ED gain from Secret Dungeons.

The adjustments will be applied on October 10, 2024.
Additionally, we would like to provide an advance notice of the Exascale Armor set effect changes.
The 'Complete' effect of the 'Restore' (green) set is causing unfairness between classes and party compositions due to the way the cooldown reduction is applied.
This effect will be changed to apply a fixed 1-second cooldown that cannot be reduced via cooldown acceleration or cooldown decrease.
Other effects from this set are planned to be improved so that they can also apply to casters.
We will also be changing the effects of the 'Circulate' (blue) set.
Changes to the Exascale armor will be updated on September 26.
Abyss Raid Improvements

Incense mana burn decreased.
Altar gauge increase decreased.
Abyss Fanatic (Phase 2)
The defense of incense summoned during blackout is decreased.
Blooming Mineral Field (18-2)
Dreaming Hatchling (Phase 1)
Damage dealt to barrier when destroying crystals is increased.
Awakened Myuriconus (Phase 2)
Sea Current Adaptation buff changed to 5 stacks. Fruit now grants 5 stacks.
Nightmare Nest (18-3)
The number of Erosion stacks at which Erosion changes to Confusion (boss is healed from attacks) is changed from 10 to 20.
Birth of Origin (18-4) Phase 3
Abyss Orb Release damage significantly decreased.
If an incapacitating debuff (freeze/petrify) applies to Meteor, it will be forced to stop for a while after the debuff wears off.
During the Symbol Matching, symbol acquisition is changed to be obtained by alive characters automatically.
Abyss / Shadow Sphere movement speed decreased during Sphere Absorption patterns.
When King of Abyss is in Berserk state, the damage of Abyss Orb Release and Black Hole is significantly decreased.
Improved the Symbol Matching pattern so that the mark and its foothold are not created on the opposite ends of the map.
Submergence of Abyss - Phantom Weapon acquisition and growth quest improvements
When clicking [Receive Reward], the amount of Abyss Aura Purification Rate added is increased.
The Purification Rate obtained before the change will be increased to match the new value.
The gauge cannot exceed 100%.

Fixed an issue where the drones in the Camp: Steel Wall Temporary Base moved awkwardly under certain graphic settings.
Fixed an issue where some monsters in the Capital Train Dungeon appeared in different colors than originally intended.
Fixed an issue where the entrance door model was missing in Stage 1 of the Dummy Factory.
Improved the timing of instant resurrection for characters who died after defeating the Security System Core in Phase 1 of Serpentium Tower.
Fixed an issue in Phase 1 of Orchestra Hall where the boss could not move off the platform in certain situations.
Fixed an issue in Phase 1 of Orchestra Hall where, after breaking the Piano String pattern, players could not return to the original stage under specific conditions.
Fixed an issue in Phase 2 of Orchestra Hall where an additional groggy time was granted during the Encore phase, even without meeting special conditions.
Misc.
Magic Wardrobe registration limit has been expanded to 12,000 items.
Fixed an issue where previous stage information temporarily disappeared when starting a Guild Expedition.
Fixed inconsistencies in the tooltip descriptions for the "Increased Damage when attacking enemies above/below 50% HP" option on certain item effects.
Fixed an issue where the buff UI moved to a different location upon character login in certain situations.

When are they buffing innocent
OH. MY. GOD. They are SO SO SO SOOOOOOO quick to nerf ED gain even though for people under 1.5m CP is absolutely unnecessary and actually damaging since everything is absurdly expensive and the ways to gain ED are absurdly trash. Even more, they are doing it AGAIN after the disaster they did with the normal dungeon nerf. But HOW COME when it's about improving the game and fixing pre-existing problems they take AGES to fix things
Well, I jokingly said something about new secret dungeon, but not like this man... why do they keep nerfing shits for people below 3M CP. The board price keeps increasing while the ED gain keeps getting nerfed. ED gain% is dead ERP stats when normal dungeon play only drop pennies.
Not only is ED Gain+ a dead Resonance stat because of how little it generally effects dungeons, but it also provides no CP when that stuff is a premium when power levels start going crazy after Master Road.
They either need to stop nerfing gaining ED from dungeons, or they need to fix their damn ED sinks (reduce the costs or increase the chances/reduce the RNG to at least make them worth the stupidly high costs). Reforging and Imprinting are probably the biggest offenders by default, meanwhile market inflation makes Artifact socketing cost prohibitive to anyone who hasn't reached Pruinaum Outskirts (though just getting the Artifact equipment is an exercise in pain, either trying to get the drops on Master Road or the market price - and even then the RNG is working against you with identifying and socketing). Maybe it's time to buff the drop rate on those as well (not to mention El Shards, I've barely been getting any of those since Secret Dungeons were revamped to their current format and market inflation isn't doing them any favors either).
well crap, so much for ed gathering. ...okay, it's a 2 mil loss, but that's like 10 mil lost overall. in addition to the 6 mil per run loss from the 3rd tier SDs which is now an 8 mil per run loss. ...50 mil ed nerf. uhuh.
on another note: they are doing way more function-altering adjustments on this new armor set this soon after its release than they've done for most if not any past armor set, iirc. and look at the sheer gutting on those staging demands; it's way fallen way more that what they did for VoS (i think?).

the july 2024 update is the only record they have of any changes being made for VoS staging, and as such that is what what has been left unchanged for 4 years straight since its release in 2020. unless they have changes not recorded there, then this is the only change made to the staging of VoS.
SoA was released in 2022, and as such it's only been 2 years this recent change. (4 years and 2 years as of the year this comment is being made, 2024)
the SoA changes happening are about 2 months separated from the change to VoS, and between both of those changes is the introduction of exascale armor, which has been having adjustments to its base functions and effects almost immediately after its release.
but i am actually wrong about the "fallen way more" part; getting a few shards and one core once a week isn't going to be the same time investment as clearing all parts dungeons of a raid regardless of prior clears. (i want to say "unless one has like, a lot of alts that can do abyss raid and thus get multiple shards and cores per week", but the core stuff likely isn't bankable given the dev's tendencies, and also i've never been in abyss raid so i don't actually know if it can work like that or not)
SoA S4 and 5 are weekly gated, character-locked drops.

Before changes, it was 9 weeks to drop the weapon (used to be 12 before the addition of Story Mode). And then 25 weeks to complete S5. You get S4 a little bit earlier, the fragments drop in batches of 3 every week. Both mats drop regardless of your current stage, so if you clear every week, it's ultimately 34 weeks of commitment.

I'm not sure how the two middle dungeons would work with changing it to six man. As it is right now, it's only required that one of the two parties in a Striker party has cleared one dungeon and the other party has cleared the other dungeon. I doubt making both dungeons required for all players would go over well with the playerbase.
Nobody is using striker party in 2024 thats why its not a mechanic in the new raid lmfao
Nobody plays like that. It takes way too long to find 4 people able to clear, let alone 8. You just get one party, clear 18-1 twice, and then do 18-2/3/4.
The benefits you get after the other side has cleared are also pretty meaningless. If they don't die fast, you might as well not be making it in phase 3 18-4.

It said "Magical Attack Increase" instead of "Damage taken from Magical Attacks".
