Developer Notes
With the maintenance on July 6, we've changed it so you'll be able to play all Secret Dungeons whenever you want.
Regarding many opinions of players about ED supply and demand, we'll improve the ED gain in Secret Dungeons.
We're also planning to reorganize Secret Dungeons to focus on ED gain.
Details may change during the process, but we'll guide you with this change as the first step.
There is also a concern that malicious players will abuse it due to repeatedly clearing dungeons.
Due to this, we're preparing to change it so you can get a high amount of ED after clearing a Secret Dungeon a certain amount of times.
Enemies in older dungeons have been corrected to be properly affected by effects (among other nerfs to them), though this won't significantly impact overall gameplay.
Certain tooltips have been improved to clarify skill effects.
In addition, in certain cases, debuffs with speed reduction end up increasing the speed - only specific cases have been fixed regarding this.
Lastly, as of the Howling/Skill Ban Pattern: it is activated based on skill behavior, so Dominator Install skills during his Master Skill are avoiding that.
However, due to the huge difference in damage it may cause between characters, we only implemented this fix in Pruinaum Challenge Mode.
Character Growth Improvements
Third Prof. Pho's Guide will be added to help with further progression. Rewards include +9 Rigomor Gear Selection Cube (not usable in PvP).
Improvements for Apocalypse Type-Void, Flames of Judgement and Vestige of Soul:
Type-Void pity bar fill rate increased, drop rate increased
Flames of Judgement pity bar fill rate increased, fills faster, weapon cube drop rate increased
Vestige of Soul pity bar fill rate increased, fills faster
Type-Void, Flames of Judgement, Vestige of Soul and Submergence of Abyss come as +9 when opening the cube.
Secret Dungeons are always open, but the number of Daily Special Rewards available remains the same.

Convenience Improvements
A new UI is added so that you can clearly tell whether your weekly missions are completed or acceptable.
Acceptable / Completed
Weekly missions can be accepted regardless of the current character's level. (However, if there is no Lv. 99 character on the account, you cannot accept them.)
A checkbox has been added in the Reforge window to auto-consume Reforge ED Waivers.
Synergy setups added to the Preset System.
Customization setups added to the Preset System.
A search function is added to the Title UI.

A set effect is added to the Tenebrous Equipment.
There are 3 types of set effects, and only one type can be active depending on your Third Line Shadow Identification. The set effect only activates if there are 4 pieces of the same identification, regardless of their value.

Added an item that can swap the character that the Tenebrous Equipment was crafted/dropped for.
All equipment data, such as the seal count, remains the same after usage.
Reforge Gauge Increase per click increased for the Rigomor and Tenebrous armors.
Common Imprint Stones can no longer be obtained.
Brilliant Imprint Stone imbue cost reduced.

Other System Improvements
The order of the buttons at the Board NPC is changed to Exchange / Ranking / Quest to allow for smooth keyboard operation.
The Pet Quick Slot no longer shares the cooldown with manual consumption slots.
Some of the Pet Encouragement proc conditions have been relaxed.

Fixed LuCiel awkward placement in the Bonding UI.
The chat window UI will be modified to display the "Bonding Chat" and "Bonding Conversation" commands as "Relationship Chat" and "Relationship Conversation" respectively.
The issue where using Prof. Pho's Growth Guide shortcut for free portal usage in certain situations would display a deduction popup for ED even though no ED was actually deducted will be fixed.

Dropping gear from Ruben to Elysion is kinda useful for magic crystals I don't get it
I think what happened was that people kept complaining that their inventories kept getting full and they couldn't sell/dismantle everything quickly. They probably wanted a quick sell/dismantle feature, but KoG chose this instead.
Damn I never completed my Jin and In card set.
I like most of the changes made here. Only real Issue I have with this patch is really a nitpick, but I actually liked having low grade gear dropping in Ruben~Elysion. Sometimes I get better gear than what I already had, and even if I don't, I could sell it for more ED.

Eh, Varnymir and Rigomor give enough of those imo. I haven't really dismantled Ruben~Elysion gear in a long time because of that.
5% atk vs 8% more reset XDDDDD even 7% asd is better dmg than 5% atk
technically, it was always that way 8% damage <80% hp vs 12% skill reset
its 5% attack on top of 10% continuous damage vs 8% more resets on top of 12% more resets vs 7% asd on top of 80% hp shield and hp/mp regen
that's 8% dmg to <80% hp enemy not cons. but yea you're right
ye cuz these are set effects but these set effects are tied to certain sets of 3rd line stats its not like you can mix and match the asd with the continuous damage and stuff
